Job summary:
Telemarketing and appointment setting with leads provided by company.
Summary of essential job functions:
At the start of each day, a salesperson and area will be assigned, with leads
provided. The day’s appointments must be confirmed at this time. Calling
then begins immediately. At the end of the day, contact must be made with assigned
sales rep to review the appointments set during that day.
Minimum requirements:
200 – 250 calls made daily. 2 – 4 quality appointments set daily.
Nonessential work requirements:
Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday with a
one hour break time determined as follows: Lunch hour begins at 12:00 p.m. Lunch
break is 30 minutes exactly. Two breaks are allowed daily, in 15 minute durations;
one beginning at 10:00 a.m. and one at 2:00 p.m. If breaks are not taken, they
may be added to lunch time.
