eos Business Surveillance Solutions was founded in February of 2005 by partners Richard Morris and Francis Ralabate. eos has quickly established a reputation for reliability, trustworthiness, and quality surveillance solutions for a very diverse customer base.

Francis started in the surveillance camera business in 1999, working for a large firm in Florida as a technician and sales person. He had an immediate impact on the company and became extremely knowledgeable in the application of cameras as a business management system as well as a security device. He then became associated with firms in North Carolina and Tennessee, with whom we still have a business relationship with today. Due to the technical nature of the surveillance camera industry, Francis’ hands on experience is invaluable in customizing a camera system for each business’ needs.

Rick has been in business his entire life and has always lived by the motto "the customer comes first". Establishing long lasting relationships with his customers and always putting quality products and service as a priority, has enabled him to be successful in the home building and real estate development field for 30 years. His extensive knowledge of construction has been an asset to the business in regards to adapting our camera system to existing businesses as well as reading blueprints for new construction. He has quickly caught on to the management aspects of a computer based surveillance system and has applied these principles to a variety of business applications.

eos also has employed a support staff of consultants, technicians, and office personnel that share the owner’s passion for providing the latest surveillance solutions to every kind of business at a competitive price. Recently eos has expanded it’s service department to include remote support and service. This addition to our business has enabled us to quickly and efficiently resolve service requests immediately from our office. As a dedicated team, eos looks forward to exceeding our customer’s expectations for quality products and service that is superior to anything that is on the market today.
