6 McDonald's Locations Use Cameras To Reduce Loss

As an owner of six McDonald’s locations, Teresa oversees the day to day operations of at least 150 employees, and is extremely dedicated to ensuring that her employees maintain exemplary standards of productivity, cleanliness, order and honesty.  Immediately upon meeting Teresa, one sees the discipline, accountability and diligence that she practices for herself and instills in her staff.

Every restaurant experiences loss to some degree, whether food, utensils, plates, cups and/or productivity.  Although a restaurant may have an excellent and trustworthy staff, loss can come from several sources: breakage, theft, give-aways food waste and time.

By strategically placing cameras and covering all doorways, as well as all areas behind the counters, eos and Teresa developed a strategy together which will significantly reduce the obvious and hidden losses that every restaurant owner experiences.  In addition, the benefits to the manager are evident, in that the manager can now keep an eye on his restaurant both from inside the restaurant and from home.  This has created a presence in the business that was not felt unless either the owner or Mike, the manager, were there.

Teresa had interviewed several surveillance companies and gotten quotes from each; in the long run, she decided to use eos due to our professionalism and dedication in meeting the needs of business owners.  After the cameras were fully installed, eos made sure that Teresa and Mike were happy with the camera views, the quality of recordings and the functionality of the system.  Teresa is convinced that having surveillance in the restaurants will change the way she does business.
