City of Gibralter Increases Security With Surveillance

In April of 2008, the City of Gibralter was accepting proposals for bids for a surveillance system that could be accessed through the worldwide web.  After Mark met with several vendors, he realized that our system far surpassed the quality of the other companies bidding this job.  In addition, Mark was amazed that our pricing was substantially less than these other vendors when quoting the City of Gibralter.  These advantages directly contributed to EOS being awarded the bid.

This system was installed primarily for security reasons.  The Community Center needed the assistance of our skilled technical and support services team in facilitating the installation of a surveillance system that could potentially contribute recorded evidence to assist in the identification and prosecution of individuals who might have vandalized the Community Center.  This becomes possible with the use of the high resolution Day/Night Pan Tilt Zoom cameras that have been installed, in conjunction with up to thirty days of recorded footage.

Now, the City of Gibralter has attained a new peace of mind while eliminating the blind spots that existed in their parking lots and children’s playground, which the police station is now able to monitor on a 24/7 basis.

We thank the City of Gibralter for the opportunity to serve their community, and acknowledge the Mayor and City Administrator for moving forward on this potentially delicate issue.  Eos is confident that the presence of this state of the art security system will directly contribute to the safety of the children who play at the Community Center, as well as the public who have access to the facility.
