Famous Dave’s Manages Multiple Locations Remotely

Our relationship with Famous Dave’s began with the problem solving of some of their existing cameras from another company that was contracted to install a surveillance system. After looking at the system that Famous Dave’s required, the previous system was discovered to be wholly inadequate. With the redirection and replacement of certain cameras, Famous Dave’s now had the desired view provided from their surveillance system. Eos then upgraded their stand alone DVR unit to one of our 16 channel Digital Video Servers. After Jared recognized the substantial difference from his old DVR to his new DVS system, he insisted on eos installing two other locations that he manages.

In August of 2008, eos installed the two additional Famous Dave’s locations, one in Toledo, Ohio, and the other in Saginaw, Michigan. The remote view capabilities provide Jared with the ability to see everything that is happening in the remote locations without ever having to leave his home base.

With the responsibility of having multiple businesses and locations to oversee, and through the implementation of an exemplary surveillance system, Jared is enjoying a new level of productivity while achieving new heights of interaction with his businesses and customer service.
